Whether you have a hard copy or a digital file that you need printed or whether you need 1 copy or 100,000, BV Printers is on top of the market place when it comes to making copies. With the most recent installation of our 50 page per minute colour machine. This particular Colour machine gives our customers photo quality imaging printing at 2400 × 2400dpi. For short run colour work such as Rack Cards, Business Cards, Brochures, Documents, Annual Reports, you name it we can do it and with this kind of quality you would swear it was printed right off the press. We also carry a second 12 page a minute colour machine and a High Speed Black and white that prints outstanding image quality at a speed of 110 pages per minute. If you need 36 inch wide B/W Copies we can easily do those for you on our new Xerox 6204 Large Format.
Copy Centre
Come on in and let our front end team serve you with all your copying needs. We also carry a wide variety of copy paper both white and colours, laser papers, Recycled Papers, binders at great prices. Our Copy Centre is equipped with a 27” Laminator and a pouch Laminator along with 2 coil binding machines, 1 cerlox binding machine, and 1 wire bind machine for all you finishing needs.
Digital Printing
No printer? No problem. If you have an electronic file and need to make copies, all of our copiers are fully networked to allow us to print your files from one of workstations. At BV Printers, we are equipped with 2 PC workstations and 4 Mac G5 stations to accomodate any client even on the busiest day!
Need a digital file and you have a hard copy? All our digital copiers have the scan to file feature. We’ll scan your file and email you the PDF – it’s that simple!
Design & Prepress
BV Printers believes that the back bone of the business is the employees and that is why you’ll find 4 design, layout & pre-press professionals when you come on to our premises. Each one of them takes pride in the final outlook of every job and is trained to handle any challenge. They all work fluently in the latest software programs geared for professional design and pre-press applications in the Graphic Arts Industry. Pressroom & Bindery
Our pressroom consists of state of the art presses capable of doing both short & long run single & multi colour jobs with superb image quality. Our computer to plate system was specifically designed to compliment all of our presses allowing us to print first generation copy on all our printed jobs.
BV Printers Bindery department consist of all new innovation equipment. Our Digi-Fold is our newest piece allowing us to score and fold in one pass. This is especially valuable when doing foldover cards & folded brochures as it eliminates cracking of the sheet along the fold, this is just another way BV Printers offers better quality than it’s competitors. Addition machines in our Bindery Department are a 30” Hydraulic Cutter, 27” Laminator, High Speed Folder, Sticher allowing us to staple books 1.125” thick, Automatic Booklet Maker that allows us to collate, fold, staple, and trim the edge of the book in one pass, numbering & perforating machine.
