Prepress Operator
Working with other design staff, this position is intended to assist clients in addressing their current and future needs and expand our spot and full-colour work.
Experience in QuarkXpress, the Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Macintosh and Windows operating systems is essential and applicants should have a minimum 1 year of print shop related experience.
In addition to the software, applicants should also be very knowledgeable in various colour modes – specifically CMYK, single colour and multiple spot colours using the Pantone matching system and document file formats – TIFF, EPS, PDF... Experience in troubleshooting client-supplied files as well as internal file/network issues will be considered a strong asset.
